I just wanted to let you know that the cake you produced for my mother's brithday was an absolute triumph.  Without a shadow of doubt I thought it was the best cake I have ever tasted and I've tasted a few! Victoria sponge can be rather dry, but yours was fabulous, it was so moist and full of flavour.  The whole family loved it.  It was really, really delicious.  I know who to go to when I need a spreciall cake!

Delicious cake.  Gingerbread house is now like a sad ruin on a Scottish hillside.  Everyone enjoyed demolishing it.  (Gingerbread house)

Thank you so much for delivering the cake to my mother in laws.  My husband, Ian, absolutely loved his caravan cake and was amazed with the detail and amount of work that had gone into it.  Coconut cake is his favourite type of cake and it was sealed with his utmost approval, consuming lots of the cake himself!  We took the cake to the site where our caravan has a pitch and they all thought it was fab.

Superb cake, service and quality.  Will definitely be back if we need another cake.

I would highly recommend to anyone who is after a cake, super job.
